I made this site because as a 28 year old woman, I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, Adult ADHD, Major Depression and a host of other things. Needless to say, I was shocked.

When I did research into these diseases, I found they were related. The cause of my Osteoporosis was not only due to genetic factors, but to the fact that for most of my of my life, I was depressed. And, ADHD goes hand-in-hand with depression. And, it is not uncommon for one who is depressed to stay in unhealthy, or abusive relationships. I had no idea that I was depressed, much less that Depression causes so many more diseases.

In the years since my diagnosis, I have done a lot of research and read a lot of books about Osteoporosis, Depression, and ADHD, and Abuse, which lead me to research other diseases and ailments as well. I am going to put as much of that information together into this site as possible, along with links to news sources about wellness in general.

Let me state, I am not a doctor and I cannot diagnose anything. My goal with this site is to give you enough information, or at least start to give you information, so you can ask for help from a Doctor or Therapist. Sometimes, when something is wrong, you don’t even know the right questions to ask to get help. Hopefully, this site will help you figure out the questions you need to ask.
